Reservation Fee: To reserve your Maltese puppy, a non-refundable reservation fee of $200 is required. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of the puppy.
Puppy Selection: After securing your reservation, you can choose your preferred puppy from our available litters. If you have specific preferences, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Payment: The remaining balance of the puppy’s price is due before shipping or pickup. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Health Checks and Preparation: Prior to shipping or pickup, each puppy undergoes a thorough health check to ensure they are in excellent condition. You will receive a complete health record and any necessary documentation.
Shipping or Pickup:
- Shipping: We offer safe and reliable shipping options if you are unable to pick up your puppy in person. We will coordinate with you to arrange the shipping details and ensure your puppy arrives safely.
- Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your puppy, we will schedule a convenient time for you. Please bring a secure carrier for your puppy’s safety during transport.
Final Steps: On the day of shipping or pickup, you will receive a starter kit with essential care information and a few goodies to help your new companion settle in.
